Just a bit about myself. Born and raised in the Phoenix, Arizona desert. My dad, Gary Clark, and his business partner started and opened Honey Bears BBQ that has been serving the greater Phoenix valley for 30+ years. Growing up in the customer service industry has allowed me to develop personable skills, work ethic, and the ability to adapt to many different people and situations.
Currently a postgraduate student, pursuing my MBA – Global, at the University of Derby. I see myself as hard-working, honest, and dependable, always looking for a way to better not only myself but those around me. With valued experience gained both through my time at university in the USA as well as at the UK, combined with my work experience in marketing and sports information, provides me with a diverse set of skills and knowledge.
Work experience has been mainly completed in athletic departments, working as a Sports Information Director (A sports information director is a type of public relations worker who provides statistics, team and player notes and other information about a college or university's sports teams to the news media and general public), providing myself with a wide range of key skills such as in-game operations, photography, social media content, live video streaming, and statistics.
Sports has been the vehicle that has driven me through life. Soccer is a passion. Football has allowed for me to travel outside of not only Arizona, but even the United States through the scholarships awarded. From Baker University in Kansas, all the way across the Atlantic Ocean to the University of Derby in England.
