Skills

  • Restorative: Take great  pride in being able to not only finding problems, but creating a solution to the problem.

  • Achiever: Having a strong work ethic, and hard working mentality has allowed me to achieve great things in my life. There is a certain level of satisfaction in keeping busy and productive throughout my life.

  • Competition: Blessing and a curse? This skill has kept me humble and given me the outlook on life that being content in where I am at is not good enough. Measuring my performance against those that are in positions I aspire to be in keeps a fire burning inside me.

  • Individualisation: I understand that not all people are the same. Being able to recognise these unique qualities in people is key in finding out how people work well together. A skill that is required when dealing with many different type of people in a fast-paced sports industry.

  • Activator: This skill allows me to put thoughts and ideas into action. There is a degree of impatience with this skill. However, being able to harness this ability has be beneficial in my professional capacity.

Interests

  • Sports: Watching, playing, learning, and trying new sports has grabbed my attention since I was young. My parents signed me up for every sport they could to tire me out because of all the energy I had growing up. Favourite sports include - soccer, football, ping pong, racquetball, as well track and field.

  • Soccer: This is a passion of mine. Played competitively for 10+ years growing up before getting to Brophy College Prep. Made the Varsity team as a freshman and stayed on the squad all four years. Took a 6 year stint off of soccer to play football at Baker University. When I came to England for my masters, I was connected with a local club, Mickleover FC, and have slowly been re-developing my soccer skills over the past year.

  • Sports Information: As a wide receiver and kicker at Baker University I fell in love with tracking stats. Whether my own personal stats, the team as a whole, or even those I was competing against was an area I was keen on. This interest translated into the professional realm and guided my passion to serve people.

  • Traveling: Playing competitive sports has given me the ability to travel to places I would not have been able to see otherwise. Playing club soccer in Phoenix, Arizona took me to 21 out of 50 states. Earning a football scholarship to Baker University in Kansas, allowed me to live independently and 'grow up' away from home. Finally, accepting a scholarship to the University of Derby enabled me to travel internationally and broaden my scope of the world.

  • Working out: Being in shape, and getting a good sweat in and being physically fit is a way to sustain the energy to pursue different goals and aspirations in my life.
